-HOW IT WORKS-
First, fill out the schedule form above or use our free estimate form if you are unsure of any details.
Soon after filling out the schedule form you will either receive an appointment confirmation email or an estimate via email. (you will only receive an estimate if you selected the wrong house size)
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION TEXT
In addition to the confirmation email you will also receive a text notification to your mobile phone number. (Need to provide a mobile phone number to receive the text notifications) Once you receive a text message from us that confirms that you are set up in our automated system.
Please note our system sends you a confirmation text that confirms the date of your service, the arrival window (typically a 3 hour window), and the technician that is assigned to complete your service. Our competition does not provide this type of information and shows up without notice.
Once you receive the confirmation text to your mobile phone and/or the email confirmation then you know that you are all set up with our automated system. No further action is required from you beyond that point.
In addition to the confirmation texts our system also sends out 1 and 3 day reminder emails for all services.
These emails are to remind customers that may have forgotten about the service date. Especially our Annual Service customers that have automated yearly cleanings scheduled.
Furthermore our system also sends a text notification to your mobile phone when the technician is on the way.
Please keep in mind the technician’s arrival time could be anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour depending on how far the previous job was. We typically service one area each day so the jobs are usually no further than 30 minutes apart.
JOB FINISHED TEXT
Last but not least is the job completed text that lets you know that the service with My Gutter Doctor has been completed.
INVOICE SENT BY EMAIL
Soon after the job is completed you’ll receive the invoice to your email.
There will be a link to pay by card attached to the invoice file. You are also welcome to pay the crew by check or cash. The address is posted on the invoice for mailing checks.
We provide photos of the completed work that will be attached to your invoice email. To view the job photos you must open the pdf file that is attached to the email.

Once you open the PDF file you will need to scroll down past the receipt portion to access the job photos.

In conclusion if you ever have any scheduling conflicts or preferences please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs. We are typically in each of our service areas at least one day per week . As always keep in mind that we do not require you to be present for any of our services.
