TYPES OF ESTIMATES

Some estimates are able to be provided simply off of the customers details or photos. Whereas other situations may require an in-person consolation visit, or possibly a gutter system diagnostic inspection. All estimates with My Gutter Doctor are free unless setting up ladders is required.

-ESTIMATE IS PROVIDED FROM ONLINE PHOTOS

In most situations we are able to use photos available online to gather measurements and provide a quote. Gutter cleanings, gutter installations, and gutter guard installations are examples of quote types that we are typically able to provide using online images.

-MEASUREMENT VISIT

Measurement visits are for when a My Gutter Doctor technician stops by the property to gather measurements, take photos, gather the accessories count, confirm gutter color and/or size, or to gather any other details regarding the quote. During these visits the technician may examine the gutter system for apparent issues.

-IN PERSON CONSULTATION VISIT

In-person consultation visits are to discuss potential gutter repairs or installation projects with the homeowner. These are great for when the homeowner has witnessed the issues firsthand and would like to point out the locations. Or when the homeowner would like to discuss potential gutter installation or gutter cover installation projects in person.

-WOOD REPAIR ESTIMATE

Most wood repair services will require an in person estimate visit by a technician before we are able to provide a quote. In most situations we need to examine the extent of the damages, confirm the size and widths of the boards, and gather necessary measurements.

Keep in mind that fascia board quotes are only able to be provided by what we can visually see from the ground. There is always the potential for more damaged fascia boards, soffit, or roof rafters once the gutters and/or fascia boards are removed.

-GUTTER SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC INSPECTION

A diagnostic inspection visit is when the homeowner needs a technician to examine the gutter system, typically from ladders, to determine what is causing the issue(s). A minimum service fee is applied to diagnostic inspections to cover the labor costs.

Keep in mind that a gutter system inspection is included for free with a standard gutter cleaning service. Therefore, if your gutters haven’t been serviced in a few seasons then you may want to consider going with a gutter cleaning service to save money on the diagnostics fee.

Really easy to work with My Gutter Doctor. The estimate process was smooth (I attached a few photos) and they followed up promptly. I had a few questions and even requested a copy of their insurance and they were quick to respond. When the worker came (earlier than the timeframe stated but it worked out), he ended up making a simpler repair than anticipated and they adjusted the price. They are able to do work even without you present and they send the invoice afterwards. They are very transparent and friendly. Also, very reasonable prices compared to other companies I requested quotes from. Will be calling My Gutter Doctor for future gutter needs!

My Gutter Doctor has cleaned my gutters for several years and I recently had them replace my gutters. They have always done a fantastic job with the cleanings and I am extremely pleased with the new gutters. The installation crew did an outstanding job. The gutters look great and the new downspouts tie seamlessly into the underground drainage lines I already had. The crew even went above and beyond to make sure my TV antenna could still be mounted to my house when they discovered the existing mounting bracket location wouldn't work with the new, larger gutters. The Gentlemen that came out were great. Even though there were supposed to be 3 guys, one called out. Thus the 2 of them had to make do. And they did a wonderful job. It was tricky being that the long stretches of gutter really needed 3 guys. The Double Pro guards I ordered along with the gutters are great and they make the gutters sturdier.

Outstanding! I had a gutter stoppage and was concerned about the upcoming rain. I called, hoping to get service this week. I received a notice that I was being put on TODAY's schedule. I needed a 35 foot gutter fixed because it was dripping onto my deck. I called numerous places, all gave me very high prices and long wait times for the repair. I was fortunate to get a personal recommendation for My Gutter Doctor.
