No. Gutter guard installation does not include return visits to remove debris that may accumulate on top of the covers over time. While gutter guards significantly reduce the amount of debris that enters the gutter system, occasional surface debris can still collect depending on the surrounding trees and roof layout.
However, we do offer gutter cover cleaning services when needed. These visits typically cost around 40% less than a standard gutter cleaning because the debris is removed from the surface of the covers rather than from inside the gutter system. Since we know there are no debris inside of the gutters after installing perforated aluminum gutter guards, the gutters won’t need to be opened for inspection.
Example: Our standard gutter cleaning pricing for a home around 3,000 sq. ft. is $195. If the same home had perforated aluminum gutter guards installed, the cost per service would be $117. (40% less)
