ANNUAL GUTTER CLEANING PACKAGE PERKS
– DISCOUNTS ON GUTTER CLEANING SERVICES:
Your first gutter cleaning service does not receive any discounts. After your initial cleaning service all subsequent gutter cleaning services will receive the discount that corresponds with your plan. If you need to add a one time cleaning service at any time that service will receive the appropriate discount.
*The annual service discount is not applied to your first gutter cleaning service with us. The discounts will be applied to all automated services.
– PRIORITY SCHEDULING:
Since the majority of our clients need to have their gutters cleaned after the leaves drop in the fall, our busiest time of the year is last two weeks of November through the first two weeks of December. Currently those 4 weeks are reserved for our annual service customers only.
Stay ahead of the rush and avoid long wait times by reserving your appointment date during our peak busy seasons. In addition, our annual service customers take priority over everyone else when scheduling.
– MINOR REPAIRS INCLUDED:
During each gutter cleaning service minor repairs such as securing loose gutters, sealing, or securing loose downspouts are included at no additional cost. (up to $50 in value per service) Think of it is a free tune up for your gutter system.
*New parts, half round gutter materials, or copper materials are not included.
*Repairs that require a return visit will receive $50 discount.
*Unused repair credit does not accumulate value over time.
– FREE EMERGENCY SERVICE UPGRADE:
One free emergency service (typically with 24-48 hours) upgrade is included at no additional cost. A perfect way to pull one of your services forward to take place before nasty weather hits. (Approx. Value = $100)
*Weather conditions and availability permitting. Limited availability during peak seasons (June/December)
*Does not include an additional service. This upgrade is to change the date of a future service to as soon as possible. (usually within 48hrs)
*Must previously complete at least one service of your plan to be eligible. One (1) free emergency service upgrade renews each calendar year. Emergency service upgrades expire if unused and do not roll over or accrue.

How many gutter cleaning services are recommended per year?
Most homes with trees nearby typically require 2 gutter cleaning services in the year. One cleaning service in the spring, usually scheduled mid to late spring depending on the types of trees around the home. And one cleaning service in late fall to clear the fall leaves out of the gutter systems before winter weather arrives.
Homes with excessive trees or large trees near the home may require 3 or 4 services or more per year depending on the tree type, size, and proximity to the home.
Our recommendation is to begin with 2 services and go from there. You can always add or subtract services as you go with no penalty.
When does My Gutter Doctor recommend the cleanings take place?
Our office staff will help you decide on when is best to schedule your services. As the services start taking place our technicians will help advise you by recommending when you should schedule your services going forward. That way you are set for the most efficient schedule regarding the tree types in your area.

Is there a penalty if I need to skip a service for any reason?
Nope! There are no additional fees if you end up needing to skip a scheduled service for any reason.
However, keep in mind your plan could change if you skip one of your services. For example, if you are under our Diamond Service Plan (4 cleanings per year with 20% discounts) and skip one of your services. The next 3 services will only receive 15% discounts.
Is a deposit required to schedule?
No, we do not require your credit card information or any type of pre-payment to sign up for our annual service plans. There is no contract and you may cancel at anytime with no penalty.
What if I need to reschedule a service?
You are able to reschedule or change your service dates at any time worry free. There are no fees whatsoever.
Is a contract required?
No, our annual service plans do not include a contract requiring long term commitment. You are able to cancel at any time with no penalty.
Will I receive job photos?
Yes, we include completed job photos with all of our gutter cleaning services. They are attached to the invoice that will be sent to your email after the service.
What if there are issues found with my gutter system?
If repairs or damages are found during the gutter cleaning service the technician will notate them in the service report and notify the customer upon completion of the service. If you would like to receive a quote for the repairs please reach out to the office.
In most cases, a follow up email or call will be sent to inform customers of any issues with the gutter system.
Certain minor repairs such as securing loose gutters, sealing of corners or end caps, or repairing downspouts may be included with the ruby, emerald, or diamond plan. The technicians will notate any minor repairs that they completed that were included with the service plan.
Are reminders sent before the services are to take place?
Yes, service reminder emails are sent out 7 and 3 days prior to every service, just in case you lose track of the service date. A final text reminder the day before the service is also sent. Any updates to the ETA will be noted on the reminder text.
You’ll receive text notifications when our technicians are on their way to your home, as well as when the service is complete. That way if you are not able to be present for the service, you are still updated every step of the way.
Does somebody need to be home for the services to take place?
No, we do not require you to be present for any of our services to take place. You will receive text notifications every step of the way, and then soon after there services are completed we’ll send the invoice to your email with the job photos attached.
How is payment handled?
We automatically send the invoice to your email after each individual service is completed. There is a link to pay by card attached to the invoice. Customers are also welcome to pay by check by mail or by paying the technicians when the service is completed.
Keep in mind the technicians do not ask for payment. Therefore, you’ll have to let them know before they leave if you wish to make payment.
