SHINGLE REPLACEMENT

We are able to replace missing or damaged shingles, OSB roof decking, tighten existing shingles that have become loose, etc…

PIPE COLLAR REPLACEMENT

Pipe collars are basically a rubber gasket or flashing that goes around chimney, vent, or heat pipes. The gasket blocks water from entering the home. Once the gasket or seal wears out water is able to enter the home. Replacement is necessary at this point.

Replacement of pipe collars requires the surrounding shingles to be lifted in order to be able to remove the pipe collar. Once the new pipe collar is installed the shingles will need to be resecured with new nails.

RIDGE VENT & CAP REPAIRS

Ridge vent caps allow roofs to “breathe” by covering the roof peak while allowing air flow.  When they are too short like in the photo below they will allow water to leak into the home. We can replace missing, loose, or damaged ridge vent caps.

DRIP EDGE 

One of the most vital components of the gutter system and roofing eave is called drip edge or roof flashing if you’re a roofer.  Drip edge directs the water into the gutter pan so that it does not go behind the gutter or under the shingles in any way.
