We offer a soft wash style deck cleaning service, as well as a more intense wood restoration that helps strip the wood back to it’s natural color. Soft washing is more for cleaning the deck of stains and growths. Whereas wood restoration is aimed more towards changing the appearance of the deck and/or prepping for staining, painting, or sealing.
Both of our deck cleaning services involve a thorough cleaning of your deck’s surface, including the removal of dirt, stains, algae, grime, and other filthy buildups that cause damage to your wooden deck over time.
DECK WASHING
-SOFT WASH STYLE DECK CLEANING-
Our most basic style of deck cleaning is to soft wash the deck using low to medium pressure water and our soft wash solution. Soft washing safely removes stains and organic growths from all types of decks while avoiding damages caused by high pressure.
-NATURAL WOOD DECKS-
Soft washing is a safe and effective way to clean dirt, grime, organic growths, and other stains from natural wood decks. Whether the deck is stained, painted, or bare wood, soft washing with the correct solutions will eliminate growths and help to restore the look of your deck.
Although not as intense as our deck restoration process, soft washing is sometimes able to pull small amounts of color from natural woods. Therefore, be sure to let us know of the desired outcome of the deck cleaning service. Our techs are able to adjust the concentration of the cleaning solutions.
-SYNTHETIC DECKS-
Vinyl, composite, and other synthetic styles of decks are all able to be cleaned using our soft wash style deck cleaning. Grime, organic growths, and most stains are removed with our effective soft wash solution.
The color of synthetic decks does not pull as easily as with wooden decks. In most cases a soft wash will have little to no effect on the color of synthetic decks. Therefore, we are often able to turn up the cleaning solution concentration to remove hard to clean stains from synthetic materials.

Our wooden deck restoration helps to strip wooden decks of stain or paints, bringing them back to a more natural appearance. We use an acid and base style deck cleaning process specifically designed to pull color and restore wooden decks back to a raw look.
Our Deck Restoration is geared more towards preparation for deck staining or painting. Since our restoration process pulls most stains and paints from the wood, it is recommended to seal or stain the deck soon after the restoration service. (at this time we do not offer deck sealing or deck staining services)
Be sure to discuss with the technician or office your general expectations of the deck restoration service. We can dial the concentrations back if requested.
