-NATURAL WOOD DECKS-

Soft washing is a safe and effective way to clean dirt, grime, organic growths, and other stains from natural wood decks. Whether the deck is stained, painted, or bare wood, soft washing with the correct solutions will eliminate growths and help to restore the look of your deck.

Although not as intense as our deck restoration process, soft washing is sometimes able to pull small amounts of color from natural woods.   Therefore, be sure to let us know of the desired outcome of the deck cleaning service.  Our techs are able to adjust the concentration of the cleaning solutions.

-SYNTHETIC DECKS-

Vinyl, composite, and other synthetic styles of decks are all able to be cleaned using our soft wash style deck cleaning.  Grime, organic growths, and most stains are removed with our effective soft wash solution.

The color of synthetic decks does not pull as easily as with wooden decks. In most cases a soft wash will have little to no effect on the color of synthetic decks. Therefore, we are often able to turn up the cleaning solution concentration to remove hard to clean stains from synthetic materials.
