Our standard gutter cleaning guidelines are priced by the square footage of your home, and we also consider the difficulty level of the job. For example a 2,500 sq. ft. home would fall under our “between 2,000-3,000 sq. ft.” price bracket. Whereas we would consider a home 900 sq. ft. home to be in our “under 1,000 sq. ft.” price bracket.
In most situations we are able to search the address online to find the home’s size. However, if no information is available online then we may ask you to send photos of the home for us to be able to provide an accurate quote. If you are unsure of the home’s size please use our Free Estimate Form.
We also consider certain situations that can raise the difficulty level of the job, and/or drastically increase our time on site. If we are not able to walk along the roof and need to use ladders all the way around the home, that can double or triple our time on site. Some situations that may effect pricing are:
- Wooden Roofs (cedar shake)
- Metal Roofs
- Terra Cotta Roofs
- Very Steep Roofs (12/12 pitch)
- Very Tall Homes (40 ft. ladder required)
- Jobs That Are Ladder Only
